Storytime Owls aims to connect young children with a network of family members who can record stories for the children to listen to on a personalized bookshelf.

Guest readers create recordings of the stories, making each story a unique and personal experience for the children. Each child can listen to the recordings from their personalized bookshelf, or they can view a book and read it while snuggled on the lap of a loved one.

As part of the child's listening experience, the reader's image is included on the story pages to promote family bonding through oral and visual content. Even though a guest reader may be thousands of miles away, they can still be part of story time with their favorite little bookworms.

Parental oversight is important to us! The family admin creates/manages the setup of their children's profiles. Parental control over the recordings' content for the children is designed through a "by invitation only" to guest readers, which the family admin user also manages.

Storytime Owls offers unlimited guest readers so children will never get bored with hearing a book read by the same person over and over again. And parents, you will not have to read it again (and again, and again).

There are free books and recording tokens available for every registered family.
