We breed Skuddenschafe and keeping old breeds of chickens. In our standard fruit garden, which is certified by ProSpecieRara as a show garden, we cultivate fruit trees with some very old varieties. In the vegetable garden we integrate elements of permaculture in Toms fungus garden grow mushrooms.
