Homeless Connect is an app designed to allow homeless adults to easily locate local resources that provide housing, food, and other critical services. A map allows for easy discoverability of all resources, with search and category features enabling quick access to find what you need. After you've located a resource, you can read more information or navigate to it.

Homeless Connect is currently supported only in San Diego, although more areas are scheduled to be added soon.
