Our app is the ultimate industry resource offering private mortgage lenders a platform to collaborate with other direct lenders, get market insights, and access resources to help operate a private lending business.

Use the social feed to communicate with other members, similar to LinkedIn but very specific to private mortgage lending. We set up groups for various regions throughout the country, so you can collaborate with people in the areas where you lend. In addition to collaborating with lenders, you can communicate with select industry service providers - attorneys, accountants, servicing companies, insurance brokers and more. We do not allow service providers to solicit lenders. This is a very strict policy that we will enforce.

We set up this app as a valuable resource for direct private/hard money lenders throughout the United States. It's not a platform for posting deals, so we don't accept borrowers or mortgage brokers.
