This mobile app while running in a hazardous area allows remote access to the detectors over Bluetooth for the purpose of setup, interrogation and maintenance from ground, hence no need to work from height.
Using this app, you can:
• Pair with the detector using a secure Bluetooth connection
• View live readings from the detector
• Check the status of the detector
• Inhibit the output of the detector for maintenance tasks
• Change the alarm threshold for detector
• Change the behavior of the status indicator of the detector during normal operation
• Enable post-event analysis to assess overall performance and allow security checks of the detector.

This app has been tested to work on ECom Smart-Ex 02 mobile device, and it may work on other mobiles/tablets running Android version 5.1 and above, but the functionality is not guaranteed.
