The MasterPro Delivery application is a current smart delivery application. The system will send Notification messages to phones that have the MasterPro Delivery app installed. If the staff knows the order, they will receive the order to go. delivered to customers.
The functions of the App are as follows:
1. WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION When clicking "SEE DETAILS" the order information will be displayed (like previous orders).
When clicking on “CONFIRM”
- Check if the order has been received by any delivery staff? If so, a warning will appear "Order has been confirmed by another employee" and the order will not be displayed on the "WAITING FOR CONFIRMED" list.
- If no one has confirmed, the message "Successful confirmation" will be displayed. At this time, the order will change to the "DELIVERY" status and will no longer be displayed on the "WAITING FOR CONFIRMED" list.
2. ON DELIVERY
When clicking on "CANCEL ORDER", a message will appear "Do you want to cancel this delivery order?" “Agree” “Skip”, If “Agree” it will notify “Order delivery canceled successfully”, then the delivery order will change to “CANCELLED” status.
When clicking on "SEE DETAILS" the order information will be displayed (like previous orders did).
When clicking on "COMPLETE", an information selection panel will appear for the delivery staff
After confirming "COMPLETED", the delivery order will change to "DELIVERY" status.
