3. Q&A: You can check frequently asked questions and ask questions and receive answers about group insurance coverage and insurance claims. 

- How to claim insurance money
1. User authentication and membership registration are required.

2. Fill out the claim form: Enter the date of accident, accident details, disease name, etc. using the mobile app and then sign electronically.

3. Submit documents: Take a photo or select a file from the gallery and upload it.

4. Submission completed: When you press the insurance claim button, you will receive a push notification that your claim has been submitted.

5. Please note: We may contact you if there are additional requests or incomplete documents. In addition, the personal information you upload to the app is only used to file insurance claims with insurance companies and is not used or provided for commercial purposes.
