HOW IT WORKS
By placing your finger over the cell phone camera, our capture algorithm determines your heart rate in a similar way to those oxygen saturation meters that are placed on the finger in hospitals. From there, our system calculates various health and stress indices based on heart rate variability (HRV). All in a simple and scientifically validated way!


EVALUATED INDEX
- Stress index: Portrays the body's regulation of stress in everyday life.

- Wellness index: Takes into account sleep, mood, stress, mood and pain.

- Functional status index: It is based on the RMSSD, a non-invasive biomarker of the functional status of our Autonomic System, which is responsible for maintaining the body's health.

- Average heart rate: is the number of times the heart beats per minute. It is a marker of heart health and stress.

- Advanced HRV indices: SDNN, RMSSD, VLF, LF, HF, LF/HF, CV, NN50, pNN50 Total power, TINN, HRVTri, SD1, SD2, SD2/SD1.
