- With HrvInspector you can measure your heart rate variability CONTINUOUSLY.

- The only requirement is an external heart rate monitor that transmits the intervals between two heartbeats (so-called RR or beat-to-beat intervals) via Bluetooth.

- Absolutely recommended is the Polar H10 chest strap, for which the application has been optimized.

- If you don't have a heart rate monitor yet, the app offers a demo mode. This allows you to get to know the HrvInspector and decide for yourself whether you want to buy a device.

- You can do a stand-alone measurement or a live measurement.

- In stand-alone mode, you start a measurement on Polar H10, stop it after you finish your activity and transfer the data to the app. The app doesn't have to be running during the recording and the smartphone doesn't have to be nearby either.

- During the live measurement there is a connection between the HrvInspector and the external heart rate monitor. During the recording you can see every heartbeat interval in the app and get an immediate feedback on changes.

- Both stand-alone and live recordings can be tagged and analyzed individually or over time.

- The app provides you with all the important HRV metrics.
