Since ages, humans have lived together with animals. In the current age of Internet and mobility, finding food, accessories, and places to visit for your furry friends has never been easier. Summing up, the power of technologies like the Internet and GPS can change the way we interact and take care of our pets.

The main aim of Pet Places is to show pet-friendly-places where the user can travel along with their companions. Currently the app shows the places in and around Mumbai city, but it can be scaled up to include more locations. Not only that but Pet Places also has a mini pet-shop that houses basic food, accessories, and other items for your pets. The application uses the basic concepts of Human Machine Interaction, Software Development, Data warehouse and Mining, Cloud Computing and other concepts learned in our engineering curriculum.

Pet Places is built using the flutter SDK and uses many dart libraries such as the cloud_firestore and firebase for database management. The app has a unique design and a strong backend for ensuring reliable working. This application was built as a part of our engineering curriculum.

Please Note this is demo application and purchases cannot be physically made right now. Please stay tuned for full pet-shop support. Meanwhile we focus on releasing the app to all other platforms and connecting the local stores with us.
