These scholarly and practical publications, covering all areas of natural resources and energy law, are now available through the Foundation’s Digital Library.
Subscribers gain immediate access to one of the most comprehensive legal resources in the field, with more than 5,000 articles drawn from over 300 expertly authored publications. Users can print documents, download them as PDFs, or copy and paste text into standard word-processing programs.
The Digital Library includes the full text of all Annual and Special Institute papers, complete with original graphics, as well as original articles published in the Foundation Journal since 2004. Most papers feature embedded page numbers from the original hardbound editions, supporting traditional citation.
The platform supports keyword, author, title, and year searches across a single volume, multiple volumes, or the entire collection. Users can browse results with ease.
