The 'RVK Aid APP' is aimed at those entitled to aid whose municipal employers are members of the Rhenish Pension Fund (RVK) aid fund.

With our app you can view your receipts such as: B. Submit prescriptions and medical bills digitally via your smartphone - a simple and quick alternative to submitting your receipts by post.

Requirements for use:
You must be a beneficiary of a member of the RVK-Behilfekasse and have already submitted an application for aid by post to the RVK-Behilfekasse at least once.

Use:
After successful registration, you can easily enter your receipts. Take photos of the receipts or upload an existing document in PDF format and send them directly to the RVK aid fund via the aid app. The submission of receipts via the RVK aid app is secured with an encryption process.

You can use the navigation point “Submitted receipts” to view your receipts submitted with the app.
With the new RVK aid APP you can access your aid calculations digitally. As soon as this has been done, you will be informed about the upcoming calculation via a push notification on your smartphone.

In order to best protect your data in the new RVK aid APP, a one-time new registration is required.

After you have registered in the new APP, you will receive a letter with a five-digit TAN by post within a few days. By entering this TAN once in the new RVK aid APP, you complete the registration process and can use the APP.
