It broadcasts as a hosting provider in article 5 of the law numbered 5651. According to this law, the website administration is not responsible for controlling content that may be illegal. For this reason, our site acts on the principle of warn and remove. Rights holders claiming that the copyrighted content is illegally shared can contact us with a document stating their right to the e-mail address [email protected]. After the incoming mails are examined and checked, the content will be removed from our site. E-mails that do not have a document showing the right to publish content will not be processed.

ARTICLE 5 (1) The hosting provider is not obliged to check the content it provides or to investigate whether there is an illegal activity.

(2) The hosting provider is obliged to remove the illegal content from the broadcast, provided that the provisions regarding criminal liability are reserved, in accordance with the 8th and 9th articles of this Law and to the extent technically possible.
