Iceberg ( Eisberg or ice mountain ) is a large freely floating piece of ice in the ocean or the sea. As a rule icebergs break off ice shelves. The color of the iceberg directly depends on the age of the iceberg only the breakaway ice massif contains a large amount of air in the upper layers, therefore it has a matte white color. By replacing air with drops of water the iceberg changes its color to white with a blue tinge. Also do not be surprised at the iceberg which is soft pink.
