This app will guide you on a bespoke heritage trail between Chatelherault Country Park, home of the Duke of Hamilton's 18th Century Hunting Lodge and Low Parks 5* Museum.

By unpacking Hamilton's heritage in various ways - from videos through historical facts to questions for kids - this app encourages people of all ages to have fun exploring and engaging with the landscape around them.

As you make your way along this 5km walking/cycling route, you will discover 17 distinct heritage markers at key locations. Use the app to discover fascinating information, beautiful archival images and links to further reading about each point.

National cycle routes and public transport links are highlighted to encourage active travel to, from and throughout the trail.

This app has been produced as part of the wider Chatelherault to Low Parks Heritage Trail project, including the physical heritage markers and paper/digital versions of the route map which can be found at: www.slleisureandculture.co.uk.
