The Acreditar+ Project is a corporate gamification application to promote comprehensive health and quality of life in the workplace, created to encourage healthy habits, strengthen interpersonal connections and encourage self-care in a fun and structured way.
Throughout the year, employees participate in challenges, record their achievements and accumulate points — called Cataventos — that can be exchanged for gifts and recognition. All of this within a personalized and engaging experience.

Activity log with proof of photos and prints;
Automatic validation and validation by the People & Culture team;
Points system for weekly and monthly challenges;
Progress monitoring (BMI, mood meter, financial indicators);
Integrated prize catalog and visualization of accumulated Pinwheels;
Recognition of the most engaged employees at the end of the cycle.
? How gamification works:
Each recorded activity generates Pinwheels (points);
Points have an annual limit and can be exchanged for prizes;
Activities are organized by frequency and type (individual, group, volunteering, etc.);
The 5 participants with the highest engagement also receive special awards and recognition.
