Founded in 1994, ICSI (International Chamber for Service Industry) earlier known as IPCSI (International Punjabi Chamber for Service Industry) was formed to represent the interests of a network of Service Industry stakeholders, aiming at updating its members regarding all the aspects that affect businesses in a rapidly changing financial and technological environment, so that individuals and organizations stay competitive in today’s dynamic business world. In 2003, it expanded its wings by focusing not only on Punjab and re – coining its activities under the name ICSI.

ICSI is a platform to bring together all the segments of the Service Industry, so as to enable collaboration in the pursuit of establishing a robust forum for various segments of Service Industry. The forum facilitates exchange of ideas and best practices in the Service Industry. It brings together Policy Makers, Industry Experts, Entrepreneurs and Individuals to deliberate on issues and aspects pertaining to the Service Industry.



Our Chamber gives the right impetus to innovative emerging trends to generate employment and entrepreneurial opportunities in the Services Sectors. ICSI also aims at changing the skill landscape of the nation by providing the requisite skills to the ever increasing human resource, to enable them to contribute their optimum best to the Service Industry. ICSI strives to empower India to become a Hub for Services Export through focus on Technology, Global Best Practices and Outsourcing HR. As the HR plays a very important role in development of any economy, we act as a medium to enable polishing and harvesting the potential of skilled manpower.



In its NRI Network, ICSI has undertaken initiatives to bring the Indian Diaspora to contribute to the Indian economy by way of greater involvement in strengthening its financial muscle by bringing to fore their readiness to contribute to their soil.
