When you enter a Sri Lankan National Identity Card number, You can see the Birthday & Gender. There are two types of NIC now. Old National Identity Card & New National Identity Card. New NIC was released after 2016 January. You can use this App for both NICs.

When you enter a Sri Lankan National Identity Card number, You can see the Gender.
You can check the Sri Lankan Old National Identity Card numbers also.
You can check the Sri Lankan New National Identity Card numbers also.
Sri Lankan New National Identity Card was published after 2016 January.
Sri Lankan Old National Identity Card numbers are year 1900 to 1999.
Sri Lankan New National Identity Card numbers are year 2000 to this year.
Now We can convert the Sri Lankan Old National Identity Card number to New National Identity Card number.
If you born before year 2000, you have Sri Lankan Old National Identity Card number & you can get new National Identity Card number.
Buy if you born after year 2000, You can't get an old Identity Card number.
