North York Navigator is a mobile app designed to enable patients to access and discover health care services and resources to help them navigate their health care journey. Through this app, you can also register for an Ontario Trusted Account, a provincial digital health service that can be used to digitally and remotely verify your identity to better connect you and provide seamless access and control to your personal health information and other health care services. North York Navigator allows you to:
