The St. Joe’s Navigator was developed by St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, to provide patients a single point of access to important health applications and health services information.

The Navigator, provides patients the ability to create an Ontario trusted account, to use a single digital identity (login credential) to securely access health information from St. Joe's COVID-19 Screening, MyDovetale, ConnectMyHealth, SeamlessMD, and PocketHealth.

The Navigator will also provide patients access to Emergency and Urgent Care Wait Times for the City of Hamilton, COVID-19 Test Booking, COVID-19 Vaccine Booking, Virtual Emergency Department, and much more!
