there are two modes of Game play in this game:
1. Survival mode
2. Mission mode
1. survival mode is one in which you are the only one who got stuck accidentally in natural habitat of sharks.
All of them will attack you and would like to rip you into pieces. In this mode You have to save yourself using available resources mostly guns.
2.In Mission mode, you have to encounter different situation with limited resources to complete tasks assigned with few conditions.Every new mission is full of new challenges and different incidents which make this game addictive.

First few levels are actually training levels to make you ready for hard and pressure handling situations.
