Community goals:
A place of worship: The community provides Muslims in Oldenburg with a place for prayer and worship.
Education and enlightenment: Courses and workshops on teaching the Quran and Sunna are offered, as well as lectures on Islamic values.
Social support: The community helps Muslim families solve social and economic problems.
Cultural activities: Organization of cultural and social events to promote understanding and cooperation between different cultures.
Marriages: The community offers Islamically compliant weddings as well as marriage counseling and educational courses for newly married couples.
Activities and services:
Joint prayers: Organization of the five daily prayers as well as the Friday prayer.
Koran lessons: Lessons for children and adults on reciting and memorizing the Koran.
Lectures and seminars: Religious and cultural lectures to promote religious and cultural awareness.
Social events: Organization of community events such as breaking the fast together during Ramadan and celebrations of Islamic holidays.
Humanitarian aid: Supporting needy families in the community.
