Good Mobile Counseling (EBCM) is a psychoeducational program for people who are experiencing mild or moderate depression or anxiety. Users will learn skills to manage their symptoms of depression and anxiety in self-guided exercises through the app, as well as learning techniques to overcome negative moods. The suggested strategies have a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach.

The content of the app is divided into 6 weeks, with a different theme for each week, such as “Enjoyable activities” and “Relaxation”. Psycho-education is delivered in short (1-3 minute) presentations of video and audio recordings.

In addition to providing information, the EBCM app includes self-assessment to label and describe moods using a "mood thermometer." Users can also share their experiences and reflections in a protected chat room by writing a text message or recording a voice message.
