Decision Support System (DSS) application has been developed to constructs WHO recommended vaccine schedule for the child, based on their vaccination history and current age. Purpose of developing this application is to improve vaccinator's performance by automatically reformulating the patient's immunization schedule after every visit and adjust for missed appointments and delayed vaccinations by taking in account the age and previous vaccine. Hence, reducing the missed opportunities for immunization (MOI). This application is featured in a way that it can be adopted by any pre-existing digital immunization registry (DIR). Moreover, it can be modified to incorporate routine immunization schedules followed by different countries, and can be used internationally.
