There is also a Web App for this, which can be used by the Admin / Toilet In-Charge to monitor all the toilet issues in their offices / buildings. This has a beautiful dashboard with charts showing which toilets have more issues, which kind of issues are reported more often and such statistics. This will help you take necessary proactive actions, for example, to fix the toilets with most issues.
