The WIR mobile application was created as part of the project entitled Virtual River Information Guide (WIR), which is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Digital Poland Operational Program, implemented under the Co-financing Agreement No. POPC.02.01.00-00-0124/19 of October 16, 2020 .
