In addition to special promotions that your customer service representative has prepared for you as a "goodie," you can use the integrated chat function to stay in touch even outside of business hours. The highlight is your own vehicle file, which you can use to track all orders. If your dealership or workshop gives you permission, you can even track the repair steps using photos.
