This app is reserved for Immergas Authorized Service Centers.

It is accessed using the same username and password assigned to enter the Service Immergas portal.

The app works mainly offline (without internet connection) * and allows you to order spare parts by consulting the exploded links, or by entering code or description in the price list

It is also possible to consult the following documents in pdf format for all products:

- Exploded

- Electrical scheme

- Data sheet

- Control panel (dashboard use instructions)

By entering the serial number of a product, it is possible to know if the appliance is testable or already tested (test date and location is provided) and if it is possible to activate the warranty extension

The App is optimized for tablets / smartphones of at least 7 "
