Indah Water Konsortium (IWK), a subsidiary of Minister of Finance Incorporated, is Malaysia's national sewerage company, responsible for developing and maintaining a modern, efficient sewerage system for all Malaysians.
Indah Water CEE is an application designed to:
1. Monitor and log enquiry, complaint or request of service related to sewerage issues, sewerage billing, media report and/or from the public. The information submiited from varies of channel such our corporate website, customer mobile app, customer service counter offices or 3rd party call center. It connects both internal Customer Services at Indah Water and external partners, such as the External Call Center.
2. The app allows for notifications of complaints to be sent to customer care team, customer service offices, operational supervisors at Indah Water and contractor handling the issue.
3. Enables both internal and external parties, including public to register enquiry and complaint and check on enquiry status submitted.
