InData Systems LDS1000 covert bar code scanner is capable of allowing data to be recorded by this app in a CSV file on an Android Phone or tablet. The application uses a serial data communication that allows it to be collecting your data as a background task, regardless of what you are viewing on screen. The application can easily be terminated, for privacy and battery conservation on your phone.

The data collected can then be e-mailed to a central computer with not only the data that was scanned but the time and date when it was scanned, the GPS coordinates of where it was scanned as well as a user ID that had been placed in this app.

This demo version allows the testing and use of the application and the tested data will be sent to InData Systems, who will forward the data to you after discussion if the app needs customizing or if there are other requirements.
