Sahyog is a patient support program sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim run and managed by Indegene Pvt Ltd, that helps diabetes patients improve adherence to medication and quality of life by using a one-stop solution to access various resources provided by trained professionals, helping them manage their condition.
Sahyog is built to track blood sugar, medications and more. This makes it easy to identify trends and retain your data. You can also schedule reminders to ensure that you are diligent about checking your blood sugar.
This app provides education, inspiration and support to persons with diabetes across India, through an easy and unique way by staying connected with an assigned team of tele dieticians.
