Infoplant is an educational plant catalog application, it describes all the plants studied in public squares in the city of Oeiras-Piauí. The application has in its original layout the theme of Botany and the local historical context. Displays botanical, historical information, curiosities and suggestions for activities for Biology teachers. It has the technology of quick response code (QR Code), which can be easily read by most modern cell phones through your camera. The use of the QR Code in the application is done through the digitization of the codes present in each plant of the studied spaces. After the user opens the code, it will be directed to the information screen of the scanned plan. Therefore, the App in question meets the needs of students, teachers, tourists and society in general.
