This application is an application for performing record entry for our product "Keigoro (nursing care insurance version)". Fully compatible with nursing care insurance, preventive care and medical insurance, and mental health care!

Keigoro is now able to enter records using Android. By inputting visiting nursing records on a tablet, you can dramatically increase work efficiency.

Nurses can enter nursing records at the user's home.
It is possible to input physical and mental conditions, mental status, vital signs, and select and record the contents of nursing care and rehabilitation performed.
By importing the entered record into our product "Kaigoro", we automatically support the creation of records.

・You can check the visiting tasks of logged-in nurses on a daily basis. You can also manage entry and exit times.

- Equipped with a tablet signature function in the consent column of the record book (*Some municipalities do not allow signing in the consent column using a tablet as electronic data, so please be sure to check before using it.)

・By distributing and collecting records using a management tool (separately provided), it is possible to collaborate with Keigoro in an on-premises environment. (Using Microsoft Azure as cloud environment)

- Up to 4 photos can be attached to the record book.
