Welcome to the bug report for Lidköping municipality

This app is a tool that enables you to influence our municipality by allowing you to quickly and easily report errors and things that need to be addressed in our public environment.

You can easily make a bug report for example. holes in the street, fallen trees, broken street lights, playgrounds, full trash bins and much more. You can also attach a photo to what you want to report as a supplement to your registration. Your application will then automatically be sent to our case management system for the fastest possible handling.

As a registrar you can choose to receive feedback via e-mail or SMS. In this way, you can follow the course of the case from the time the notification is received until it is rectified.
