In this app, you can quickly and easily report errors and things that need to be fixed in our public outdoor environment. For example, you can report holes in the street, broken street lighting, full trash cans or fallen trees. In the app, you can also attach a photo of what you want to report. A photo makes it easier for us to identify the problem. Once you have made a report, it is automatically sent to our case management system for the fastest possible handling. If you want feedback on your case, you can fill in your e-mail address or your mobile number. We will get back to you via e-mail or SMS.
