You have the opportunity to view the location on a map, which makes it easier for us to find and fix the error. You also have the opportunity to attach a photo to what you want to report. Your application will then automatically be sent to our case management system for the fastest possible handling.
You can choose to receive feedback via email or text message. In this way, you can follow the case, from the time the notification is received to the error corrected.
