The application is an innovative tool that makes it possible for the residents of Härryda Municipality to influence their everyday lives. The user of the application can easily create error reports, which are automatically sent to the municipality's case management system for the fastest possible handling.

When you have reported an error, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that the matter has been registered as well as an e-mail when the matter has been rectified and closed.

With this App, you can take a photo or attach a picture and make a fault report on, for example:

• Doodles
• Fallen trees
• Broken street lighting
• Etc.
