Welcome to the error report for the municipality of Norsjö.
This app is a tool that allows you to influence our municipality by quickly and easily reporting errors and things that need to be addressed in our public environment.
You can easily make an error of, for example, holes in the street, fallen trees, broken street lights, playgrounds, full trash bins and much more. You can also attach photos to what you want to report as a complement to your application. Your notification will then be automatically sent to our case management system for the fastest possible handling.
 
You as a notifier can choose to receive feedback via email or text. This will allow you to follow the case from the time the notification has been received.
