The application is an innovative tool that enables Värnamo municipality residents that affect their everyday lives. The user of the application can easily create defect reports, which are automatically sent to the municipality's case management system for the fastest possible handling.
Once you register an error, you get a confirmation e-mail that the case has been registered and an e-mail message when the case is resolved and closed.
With this App you can take a photo or attach an image and make a call, for example:

 • Holes in the road

 • Cam

 • Fallen trees

 • Faulty street lights

 • Etc..
