We present "UX/4 Customer", commercial operations module of the UX/4 Service apps solution, with UX/4 Customer, you can manage the main contact activities with the end customer in a B2C model. Place offers, create sales orders, taking as references, manually or considering suggested products calculated historically for each customer, manage return orders and ensure their confirmation, through the extended electronic signature panel.
All processes are supported in online modalities in real time or offline when you do not have a connection, without complex configurations, simply enter the URL of your system and log in with your SAP user as you normally would.
