Hicity is an IP-PTT-based communications app that offers video/voice PTT, real-time video transmission, image transfer, instant messaging (IM), location transmission, and more. It is a voice PTT compatible with two-way radio.

It is a fundamental part of the integrated PTT or Push to Talk Over Cellular (POC) communication system for use in support networks.

The Hicity app has the following general specifications:

• PTT video/voice communication

Push to Talk function, which enables immediate communication from mobile devices.

• Real-time video sharing from the emergency location:

View real-time video streaming on your smartphone or computer (with recording available), voice and instant messaging during the video transmission between the dispatcher and other users.

• Real-time location and GPS tracking:

Users can see where others are sending their PTT messages. The dispatcher can check and track user information and location.

• Coverage:

Using a wireless network (LTE / 3G / Wi-Fi), stable PTT service without poor reception.

• Location and Tracking:

With the Web Manager, it provides location information/tracking service management, and channel/user functions.

• Emergency Button:

Supports the SOS function to help users send/receive emergency messages.

• Alert Message:

The administrator can send alert messages to each channel.

• Communication Recording:

The system stores and records conversation history in voice and/or video files.
