How It Works

Download and install the app on the same phone you want to exchange.

2. Login
Enter your registered mobile number to begin the device evaluation.

3. Grant Permissions & Start Tests
Allow the required permissions and complete all the diagnostic tests provided by the app.
• Tests include hardware, sensors, display, touch, audio, battery, etc.
• Failed tests can be reattempted.

4. Get Verified
After all tests are successfully completed, the app shows a “Verified” status. This means your device is approved for exchange and ready for pickup.
