We offer our new "PLU" app for smartphones. With this app, employees can learn PLU codes for non-scannable products anywhere, anytime. The application is designed specifically for Lidl employees to learn PLU codes quickly and efficiently. When working at the cash register, it is very important to know the products and their PLU numbers. The "Training" mode helps to better remember products and their PLU codes.

There are two training modes available: 1. "Product Name" - This mode displays the product image and six product names. The goal is to recognize the product shown in the image and choose its correct name. 2. "PLU code" - in this mode the product image and six product PLU codes are displayed. The goal is to recognize the product shown in the image and choose the correct PLU code. In "Game" mode, your knowledge of PLU codes is tested. It should try to enter the PLU codes of the 30 products shown in the different images as soon as possible.
