Built into our Diamond Suite, Diamond Mobile provides real-time access to policy, billing, and claims information. It puts the ability to handle all of their insurance in the palms of your policyholders’ hands, enabling them to submit inquiries; make payments; print ID cards, declarations, and other documents; link policies with their accounts; submit FNOLs; upload accident images, and more.

With versions written specifically for each type of mobile device operating system (iOS, Android, Windows, et al.), Diamond Mobile is more than just a mobile site rendered with HTML. It’s an actual app, installed natively on each of the different devices to take full advantage of the capabilities of those devices. We provide it to all the app stores, as well as giving insurers installations for the apps that are accessible from their websites. We let each insurer private label each app. And the functionality is consistent across all the devices or device types.
