BillsPls
BillsPls is an expense management application that helps both individuals and business to solve some of the key issues we face day in and day out while managing our expenses.
The Personal Mode in BillsPls is designed to those who do frequent business travels in a startup environment where an official expense management system isn't available. Now create reports, add expenses to it, remove if mistakenly added, and then export as PDF or Spreadsheet.
The Business Mode in BillsPls is designed for startups and SMBs where only one level of approval workflow is required. Sign-up as an admin, add your subordinates email IDs, let them create reports and submit for approval. Reports created by you and approved by you will be sent to the associated accounting email automatically. We are working on integrations to your accounting software, by which those reports will directly be added to your accounting books.
Personal Mode - Features

• Backup: Automatic backing up of expenses on cloud in real-time.
• Track transactions: Track your transactions by providing a detailed pie-chart view and understand your monthly spending patterns
• Manage categories: Add categories to group together your incomes or expenses
• Currency conversion: Get real-time view of how your spending pattern looks in a single currency, in case your expenses are of different currencies
• Ad-free: BillsPls too hates ads. Its guaranteed that you'll never see ads in BillsPls
now and forever
Business Mode - Features
All in Personal Mode plus the following
• Approval Workflow: Add employees, approve/reject reports, and a separate Staff login to submit or resubmit reports
• Forward e-bill: Forward your e-bill to
[email protected] from the respective BillsPls account only to get it processed automatically and added up to your ready-to-report list of expense
• Non-compliance tags: Automatic tagging of expenses as duplicate, re-forwarded e-bill, and edited tags to highlight non-compliance with the expense management policies to rectify intentional and unintentional errors
• Accounting Email: Add your accounting email to receive the admin's report directly and the approved reports by admin
• Integrations: We are working to add almost all different accounting software that you love to make BillsPls a part of your business process

About the Permissions
• Storage: BillsPls needs to get access to the Gallery to import the pictures of bills/receipts
• Camera/Video: BillsPls needs to capture your bills/receipts using your native camera application
• Location: BillsPls needs to capture your device location to detect your local time for sending notifications
