Good governance has become the most prominent discourse in the management of government administration today. This is in line with the demands for the modernization of government administration in order to speed up and facilitate the completion of documents and official letters of government agencies. Information and communication technology as a supporter of the main tasks and functions has not been fully utilized to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including supporting office administration.
