The Wellcome Check app provides a quick and convenient way to document health screening attestations for employees, vendors, and visitors at our sites of service. Wellcome Check maintains our commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our team members in all our work settings.

Wellcome Check will guide you through an assessment by asking a series of questions related to your current wellness state. Based upon your responses, you will be visually prompted with an approved or restricted status to enter one of our sites of service.

If approved to enter, you must present your attestation at the check-in area of the location.
