CMWSSB mobile app is for the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board with three portals: Employee portal, Consumer portal, and Official login.
Employee Portals are where the employees of CMWSSB can log in and manage their activities and requirements such as payslips, leave management, attendance, resignation-related, medical reimbursements, employee transfers, loan requests, and advances.
Consumer Portal is where the public can manage activities like complaint registration, check complaint's status, check billing and collections systems, check details of water billings, septic tank billing, and tanker lorry trip schedules.
Official login is for higher officials in respective departments where they can check on complaints, and approvals and move forward the complaints to various sections respectively.
Note: Login details will be given individually for employees and higher officials by the CMWSSB. The consumer portal is open for the public to perform the above-mentioned activities.
