Internet of Birds (IoB) is the first platform to identify birds from the Indian subcontinent through the power of Artificial Intelligence at the edge. It currently identifies over 500 birds.
The platform uses a unique citizen crowd sourcing approach launched by BNHS that encourages people to identify and also contribute digital photographs of birds to improve the accuracy and coverage of the platform.

We are introducing 2 exciting features in this release. We added eBooks in the app, which will allow you to read select bird-related books offline. You will also be sent notifications in the app on key news and updates, which will help you stay up-to-date on birding. Finally, we have enhanced the app to identify more than 1,000 species of birds in Indian subcontinent.
