B-REWARDS is a new generation commercial application, dedicated to all small and medium-sized businesses, professionals and those activities that need a practical and fast advertising tool.
The App was created not only for customer loyalty, but also for immediate purchases and last minute promotions, and in this sense it is easy to navigate and very intuitive.
A random advertising banner that registered companies can use to highlight themselves or launch a new product and/or a new promotion.
It is divided into 8 icons, 4 of which are divided into submenus with specific micro categories.
Within each one, the SMEs present themselves with their own storytelling, a gallery & video, their own products/services (complete with specific description and divided into short/long) and, above all, they have active easy-commerce services (i.e. 3-5 products on sale), as well as booking, not least the geolocation function to reach your physical store.
Users, for their part, can take advantage of all the information made available by SMEs and, obviously, the booking functions, in-app purchases, access to the site, and web-site purchases.
However, we believe that the two functions that distinguish it from other applications are:
• the internal Chat where each user can write their own comments, feedback, suggestions, therefore a practical and immediate tool for accepting constructive criticism and applause,
• Cashback, understood in the true sense of the word, a refund in euros that will be deposited on the App itself so that prizes or services can then be redeemed. The cashback, made available by each company present in the app, is attributed to the user and therefore automatically deducted by the company once the purchase has been made both in the physical store and in the App and on the e-commerce site. The User uses it on the site to purchase specific products/services, according to their needs.
In fact, the App, despite being native, shares its information directly with the e-commerce site which presents greater attention to products/services and therefore to purchases and the first ones that can be acquired in cashback.
